Thistle Kensington Park is a charming and welcoming landmark. The main positive was that the staff was definitely helpful and personable with us. The room was nice and well-decored.

Amongst the great selection of hotels in London we chose one of the best. Thistle Kensington Park turned to be very good, just irresistible. We were there in the middle of the summer so it was quite warm. By the way we had a good air condition in the room.
