Das Fenster schloss nicht vernünftig, so dass stets ein kalter Luftzug ins Zimmer gelangte. Dagegen half allerdings die gut funktionierende Heizung. Obwohl das Hotel einen sauberen und gepflegten Eindruck machte, werde ich hier bei einem möglichen nächsten Aufenthalt in London nicht wieder übernachten. |

The reception staff even was on hand to help me arranging theatre tickets and did this thing very well. This hotel is number one in its staff and service ! |
