I would give 4 stars to the Novotel Waterloo hotel only for its location!

The stay was wonderful. The bellmen, housekeeping were wonderful.. It was very well worth the price..I recommend this hotel to everyone back home.. It was a great stay and will be returning to the hotel very soon..
