Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park was built in 1889, has long been recognised as one of London's grandest hotels. Located in the heart of London's fashionable Knightsbridge, within walking distance of the top luxury boutiques on Sloane Street, and within close proximity to the theatres of the West End, as well as the Victoria and Albert and Natural History museums.

Overlooking picturesque Hyde Park, it is ideally situated for leisure and business travellers alike.
One of London’s grandest hotels, the Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, now under the management of the Mandarin Oriental Group, reigns supreme after a multimillion dollar renovation.

For over a century it has stood in Knightsbridge, almost across from Harrods, in London’s finest shopping district and within easy reach of the capital’s business, financial and entertainment districts. Long a favorite of the international elite and the royal family, Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park has the unique ambiance and charm of days past with the uncompromising level of service demanded today.

Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park spacious rooms and suites, originally built in an era when space was no object, have been exquisitely redecorated and furnished with respect for its past but also providing the comfort, warmth and advanced technology required of a modern super-luxury establishment.

The public spaces have been restored to their original beauty and elegance. The new restaurant, Foliage, inspired by the views of Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, serves modern European cuisine with fresh seasonal ingredients. Cafe on the Park, is an informal setting for all day international dining. The Mandarin Bar, has become the epicenter of Knightsbridge nightlife and the Cigar Divan provides a selection of Cohibas, Upmanns, Romeo y Julietas and other premium cigars to aficionados.

A state-of-the-art gymnasium and The Spa, where East-meets-West in a harmonious haven of tranquility, complete the facilities available to revitalize the guest’s body and spirit.

But, on a Sunday morning, having traditional English breakfast on the balcony overlooking the park, while the Royal Guard on horseback passes by on the way to and from Buckingham Palace; that’s what makes this hotel unforgetable and a desirable London stopover when in Europe and away from home.

A fairy Hotel! When I saw it on the site, I said to my husband to stay there without fail! and wasn't disappointed, only greatly pleased. At first we booked a room for 5 nights, but I didn't want to leave london and the hotel and we stayed there for 2 nights more! Excellent! The rooms were very luxurious and huge! The bathtub was incredible, especially when you add the blue soaking salts provided. Great! The location is perfect - just near Hyde Park and I enjoyd walks there! I spent the most romantic days and nights there! People who love each other, it's your place!
