i want to tell you that this is a wonderful place , i stopped here with my first visit in London, i am so happy , rooms are very comfortable and the stuff is friendly and helpful, also i liked very much the city. :)

In unserem Zimmerpreis war ein kontinentales Frühstück enthalten, das für meine Ansprüche völlig ausreichend war.
Das Fenster schloss nicht vernünftig, so dass stets ein kalter Luftzug ins Zimmer gelangte. Dagegen half allerdings die gut funktionierende Heizung.
Obwohl das Hotel einen sauberen und gepflegten Eindruck machte, werde ich hier bei einem möglichen nächsten Aufenthalt in London nicht wieder übernachten.

I remember that arrived very late at Best Western Burns Hotel and was extremely impressed by a pleasant staff and a surprising readiness to serve me. The reception staff even was on hand to help me arranging theatre tickets and did this thing very well. This hotel is number one in its staff and service !

Our room and service was GREAT... Room was clean and neat, plus the view of the strip was unbelieveable... My wife and I would stay there again...
