When I was younger we visited Express By Holiday Inn London City Hotel with my parents quite often. It was considered as one of the best. Now, when I'm grown up I found better hotels but I'm comming here anyway. It evokes me of recollections of my childhood. I can say that the hotel is quite respectable and provided with perfect amenities.
